OK, in this case, compressing the files into a few big archives will
considerably speed up things since there is probably a lot of overhead in
creating all of these files when transferring
If the system you are transferring from is Linux than just uzip the zip of
gzip command with a remote shell (using JSch) before transfer to create a
zip file, and then transfer it
