Hi,

   |I am trying to connect from a stand alone SFTP client using jsch
   |0.1.36 to an SFTP server and getting exceptions:
   |The key pair were created by some one else and it uses a passphrase.

JSch does not support the private key generated by Putty.
Is it in OpenSSH format(PEM)? If so, it may be worth trying the latest
jsch version. The ssh-keygen from OpenSSH had changed its output suddenly[1],
and JSch had handled such a change since 0.1.44.
