hi Yamanaka ,

but when i check again,the jce jar was in my application specific 
library. when i removed it that error was gone.
But am still not getting why the error was occured.

jce jar libs starts with package javax.security

but in the exception it was showing java.security so from where they are 
calling the jce jar methods.?
