We have improved code to support PCKS#8 private keys. If you are interested in it, please try http://www.jcraft.com/jsch/jsch-0.1.51-rc7.zip There is no changes for APIs, and the method JSch#addIdentity(String prvkey) will accept PCKS#8 private keys.
