You said that you are runnning Ant via the Eclipse IDE integration.
I think you need to tell Eclipse about the extra jsch.jar, maybe by creating a 
“custom Ant” setup.

I am not using Eclipse Ant IDE integration myself but I remember having created 
“custom Ant” setups, which mention each jar one wants on the class path.
