JSch seems to be in a state of low-maintenance. The author is not
responsive (even on bug reports and proposed fixes), this mailing list
sees minor traffic and the latest JSch release was released 26-11-2018

I would advise you to migrate to a fork that's better maintained, such
as that of Matthias
