Yes, I would love to see this enabled myself, although I've never gone through this process at Apache. I gotta go searching for how to do this, but if anyone has a link/url/pointer, I'd appreciate it :)
Please open a Jira issue anyway - it is good to have that visible so others who want it can see it resolved. That, and anyone can step in and assign it to themselves if they want.
