I think that all one needs to do is to make a new KI project and bulk
move the issues over. Then there's a special "fix it" page to stick
up the loose bits after the move.

Based on the name change from JSecurity to Ki, we would like to
change the JIRA key from JSEC to KI (capital K, capital I).
I'm a jira admin but I don't know how to rename a project. If you
can send me detailed instructions (or just give me the SQL admin
password ;-) I can make the change.
If it's more complex than filling a web form then please someone
else handle this for us.
Thanks,
Craig

The vote will be held open for 72 hours. A simple majority will
decide the project name.
