I could be wrong, but as I understand it in the ASF, everything that is
voted upon becomes 'official'. So, it was official when the vote to change
the name passed. Mentors, please feel free to clarify!

Until I'm told otherwise (ASF officially mandates "you must change the
name"), or we have another vote that requires us to change it to something
else, I'm moving ahead with work on documentation and code and I'll continue
to do everything under the name 'Ki'. Its just that a release won't be made
until we know for sure that we are not changing the name again.

But because the ASF is a dynamic organization, it very well may be that we
have to change the name again due to an ASF mandate or a new vote passes.
At that time, I'm happy to go through the process of changing documentation
and source code. But until then, I wouldn't want our user communtiy to
suffer from a stagnated project, so I'm moving forward to help out in
whatever way I can.

Regards,

Les
