Anywhere where MSXML 6
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms763742%28v=VS.85%29.aspx) is
installed (and MS made that part of the OS with Windows XP SP 3, Vista,
Windows 7) you can use it with IE.
I realize that does not meet your requirement that it should work on any
browser but I am not aware of other browsers using XML parsers with
complete schema validation support. I also don't know of any attempts to
implement schema validation with Javascript itself.
