I just want everyone to know that Flash already does everything in this spec, including a similar version of the save method talked about with the religion tag. There are a few features that Flash has that aren't even in this spec, for example there is a "damn" method for the "religion" API, although in Flash it's called the denomination api; a more correct name, if you will allow. There are a few bugs that prevent you from using it correctly and it doesn't have bitrate support yet, but it will in the next release. IF Steve Jobs would just adopt then maybe we could get rid of this silly debate, Flash *is* clearly superior.
