I think it will be similar to Adobe AIR, that let's you to code a 'RIA'
(just a website with JS inside a sandbox based on webkit)... or not...
The key of that is that MS maybe will do an aproach to an Online OS, or
a website operated OS, or a similar idea, like chromeOS.
