I don't like using prototypes! I like the revealing module/factory
pattern thing - I think it's a good blend of clean, readable and
explicit, and it keeps nice encapsulation as well.

I'll use prototypes where necessary, e.g. with Balázs's Point type,
but when I'm making a singleton object I think there's better ways.
