I have nothing to add to the substance of the responses; I think the
answers given have covered the subject well.  But I've been away for a
while, and I'd like to point out how great this group is.  I was
trying to catch up on old posts from this and from
comp.lang.javascript, and I read this thread and started to write a
response saying how great it was to see civility and helpfulness make
their reappearance on comp.lang.javascript.  I was going to note that
this was one of the most helpful, focused threads I'd seen there in
quite a while.

Then I realized it was jsmentors, and my first reaction was, "Oh, then
that's just normal."

... Wait a second.  That should be celebrated!  I want to thank Asen
and Rey for setting this up and thank all the helpful participants
here.  This is a great place!
