Hi,

I was looking around for a javascript validation library that wasn't tied to a
<form> element, and found it surprisingly difficult. Dojo has one
(dojox.validate) but I wasn't too happy depending on Dojo as a whole, so in
inevitable developer fashion I decided to write my own.

It got as far as doing what I needed a little while ago, but I thought I'd
polish it up and release it:

If anyone has the time and inclination, I'd really appreciate a code review, or
any other thoughts about the library.

Many thanks,

Pete
