"I already sent a standard acknowledgement of receipt of the letter." He hit
his badge, "Watson to Connor. Captain...I understand you mentioned a
diplomatic reception room available for us? Our guests should be arriving
shortly and we'll need it to be ready please."

"Understood.  The Chief Steward will meet you in the officer's mess.  Tell
him what culturally specific items you will need and brief him on food
restrictions and he will take care fo the rest."  Connor replied.
