Hi all,
I just got an M-audio audiophile 2496 and need some help. My
computer'ss external soundcard recently crashed. So I got this
audiophile. The internal chip is dead and burned out, and the
computer can accomodate another external soundcard. Is the
audiophile control panel accessible? How do I set the parameters
in the control panel to have 0 latency? I want the audiophile to
work with sonar, and the onther one to work with JFW. I know how
to set it up, but the other soundcard was not recognized by XP.
Yesterday, it was recognized fine. Today there was no sound and
my computer said "no audio devices detected" although the other
soundcard was installed correctly. Any instalation tips for the
Audiophile?
