Hi, When in the event view, you've got the collum with the positions in, which are spoken/written as 03: 04:000 (as in your example), If you hit enter, whilst on this in the event view, then cursor left you can edit the position to to 02::04 :000 and the note will then be moved to that position. That is how I do it anyhow, not sure if there is another way.
