You should be able to do it yourself without any assistance: I often find the shorcuts like that to launch the programme browser don't work; but the key combination to bring up the list of hotspots (sorry I can't remember what it is without launching sonar I think its alt plus control and one of the fucntion keys; F1 twice?) works;
then arrow down to find the hotspot for E.G. launching the program browser, and then hit enter on it, I find that this will work; even if the direct shortcut key combination to perform that particular same hotspot wasn't working when I'd previously tried.
