Phil,

Yes. After more experimentation, I'm pretty sure this feature isn't working
in my Windows 7 64-bit system. Although control+shift+Pageup / PageDown
does move to the next/previous marker as it should, the markers are never
announced. I did check the Jsonar verbosity setting and it was set (by
default) to speak the markers. Oh well, I can check the time by using the
control+Shift+F5 to see which marker I'm at, but the name of the marker
(which would be very helpful) is not announced. This is regardless of
whether I have View / Markers toggled on or off.

Another problem I've noticed with the markers dialog is that if I bring up
the markers dialog by using JAWSKey+F8, arrowing to the markers and hitting
enter, if I push on the "Next Marker" button, a screen comes up in which
there is nothing and I can't get back to my project.

Maybe I'll find some time to look into the scripts and see what is going on.
Is this working for you (or anyone else) on their systems using a different
OS?

Oh yes, I've checked using both JAWS 11 and 12 with similar results.

Thanks anyway. If you have any more suggestions I'm ready to give them a
try!

Pete. Do you have markers enabled to speak? Think it's a JSonar verbosity
option.

Subject: [Jsonar] Moving to Next and Previous Marker with JSonar

I turned on the markers view, set a few markers, and tried to use the
keystrokes Control+shift+Pageup and Control+Shift+PageDown to move to the
next and previous markers in a project. JAWS keyboard help indicates that
this should move me to the next and previous markers and speak the marker
name.

When I use these keystrokes, however, I do move to the corresponding marker,
but JAWS does not speak the marker name. Rather, JAWS says "randomize".
There is nothing about this in the JAWSKey+H dialog.

Do I have something set up incorrectly here or is that the way this is
supposed to work?

Thanks.
