hi

        i have a question that i hope individuals reading this list have
tackled. its easier to describe what i want to do in terms of an example ...

say i have a jsp page like this ...

<html>
<body>

<!-- call one -->
<%= loadpage ("/tv/pooey.txt") %>

<!-- call two -->
<%= loadpage ("/tv/pooey.jsp") %>

<!-- call three -->
<%= loadpage ("http://www.yada.com/tv/pooey.jsp") %>

<!-- call four -->
<%= loadpage ("/tv/pooey.html") %>

</body>
</html>

        i hope its pretty clear what i'm trying to accomplish here - i just
want to be able to include the contents of a file (txt, html, and jsp)
either with a relative reference or via http. clearly i can write my own
object to support this functionality - but am wondering how and if this can
be done with jsp ?

thanks
dave
