I'm not sure this is the only way, but one way is to get JRUN from live software
and set it up as a connector with IIS.  It acts as the Servlet Engine and uses a
proxy to communicate with IIS.

Works quite nicely.

Live Software's installation process has made it very easy to "connect" the JRUN
software and IIS.
