Jetty is pretty smart. It allows you to write a Configuration class so
you can decide for yourself how the web server should handle your
servlet. We use it to bundle the servlet and server as a complete
application. This way, our customers does not need to know anything
about installing servlets on a web server.

The only flaw is if they are running their own web server on the same
machine already. Then you need to ip's to make both app's run on port 80
which is important in many cases.
