Cool! I've XML-ized it and put it on http://www.caucho.com/misc/jsp-faq.html.
I'm afraid it's encumbered by the Caucho formatting. Sorry about that.
Stylesheets take a little longer to write than XML.
Now all I just need to write some JSP scripts allowing automatic FAQ updates.
