The 0.92 reference implementation cannot run with any 'standard' web server since it 
uses a servlet API that is half way between 2.0 and 2.1.  No one else supports this.  
You can use the stand-alone web server that comes with 0.92 to run the demos and do 
some experimentation.  But to use JSP with a real server you'll need a third-party add 
on (see the FAQ -- JRun and ServletExpress and WebSphere come to mind).  The only web 
server that I know of that supports JSP out of the box is the Sun WebServer (2.1?) and 
that is not shipping yet.
