Good thoughtful questions. I'll try to answer them even though I'll know a
lot more in a couple of months.

We will probably offer a variety of beans covering such things as
mutli-server session management, email, error logging, ftp, nntp, and
database access.

> Is a JSP bean also an Enterprise Java Bean?

I view a JSP bean as about halfway to being an EJB. It has all the server
side functionality of an EJB but doesn't require/utilize the APP server
container services such as naming and persistence.

> What lind of tools will use a JSP bean? Do JSP beans have "property
> sheets"?

Any IDE which is designed to handle server javabeans should work. JSP beans
should be property sheet accessible but I imagine most will take advantage
of the enhanced functionality of customizers.

I envision that most beans will rely on companion jsp pages for HTML output.

> What are the "killer" JSP Bean applications?

Probably anything ecommerce related.
