Hey!

I just installed (on NT) and got the same error (and some others). This fix
worked for me:

Make sure that <install dir>/jsp1.0/server.jar is in CLASSPATH. I also had
some other problems to do with CLASSPATH missing <install
dir>/jsp1.0/servlet.jar and tools.jar (from <JDK dir>/lib). I also had a
problem because a part of my JSP install path consited of digits only.
