As far as I know, there are no JSP 1.0 engines out yet. All of the engine
makers are currently working on implementing the new spec. Sun does have a
reference implementation on their Developer Connection site.
Take a look at ServerPages.com (http://www.serverpages.com). They seem to
have links to most of the JSP engines out there.
