I have been using DreamWeaver as a strong HTML Editor and its seems to be doing
a good job. I use dream weaver's GUI functionality to do tedious things like
create tables, frames, forms, etc.. and when I am ready to write jsp I go into
their editor. DreamWeaver can be setup to be the default editor for JSP as
well.
