There is also a 0.92 Linux implementation at www.ezwebtools.com that is
pretty good. Hopefully, EZWebTools will soon be updating there
implementation to the 1.0 API. I defintely think they have one of the best
0.92 API implementations.

Checkout freshmeat.net I believe that solution under linux looks in two
possibilities:
Apache + Jserv + JSP implementation (GNUJSP or ZJSP - both found through
freshmeat.net)
java based server (JWS, Jetty)
