Subject: Serious SE bug with Hotspot
I just ran into a big-time ServletExec 2.1 bug running under Hotspot on NT,
with Apache. It actually seems like a Hotspot bug, but I thought that there
might be a way to patch ServletExec to deal with it. Here's the deal. If
you access
/servlet/[
ServletExec will crash and die. Here is the error message:
#
# HotSpot Virtual Machine Error, Internal Error
#
# Error ID: 4649454C44345950450E4350500026
#
I could file a bug with Sun, but it would probably make more sense for New
Atlanta to do this, since they could give them more details. Any suggested
workarounds?
