No, I'm using JWS (for now, anyway).  This trick doesn't work for JWS.
When I tried it, I get a 404 Not Found error (which makes sense :-)

I guess I am looking for a portable way to disable the JSP modification
time check.  Anyone else have a suggestion?  Thanks.
