They all belong to different versions of the JSP spec, and proves that
you must be prepared for all sorts of changes if you start using
implementations of a spec that's not finalized:
<jsp:useBean> JSP 1.0 and forward
<USEBEAN> JSP 0.92
<BEAN> JSP 0.91
Taglets Proprietary JRun extension. JSP 1.1 defines portable
custom tags to offer the same extensibility.
