My question would be: why get bogged down in an agonizingly slow medium as
paper?  Surely those thinking about writing a book should consider a newer
presentation approach in a faster paced world.  If having to wait for
printing and shipping is such a big problem why not eliminate the problem.
I don't think the world needs a book that is unnecessarily long and fills
space with easily available reference pages.

I'm hoping that some of the efforts underway continue to blossom.
