Can you please verify whether the following is the expected and correct
behavior, or whether
something is wrong in my installation of the JSWDK:

On NT Wks 4.0:
Starting the server by running startserver.bat works ( and is convenient from a
shortcut a desktop)
Running stopserver.bat does not stop the server. Instead the batch stream times
out with a connection error.
The most convenient way to stop the server is to type CNTL-C into the server's
command line window.

On Windows 98:
Starting the server by running startserver.bat works
Stopping the server by running stopserver.bat works
CNTL-C in the server command-line window does nothing
