Okay. Again. Up earlier someone mentioned javascript. Yech. But, I think you
could retrieve the name attached to the window the js is running in. The browser
will not allow more than one frame or window to have the same name. Uniqueness
in its namespace, of course. So when you ctrl-n a new window it will not have
the name of the frame that spawned it.
