I tried JRun (bought by allaire now).
It allows you to plug in any jvm for execution and any jdk for jsp
compiling.
It took me 10 minutes to download and install for IIS4.
If you want to try, head over to jrun.com, and grab some docs while
downloading a free trial.
Of course there are alternatives...
