I'll just put in my two cents in to agree with what has already
been said. In fact, lots of my clients demand that I do all
kinds of strange things for them using frames.

> Here is the scenario:
>
> A frame with three frame sets:
>
> Top frame is a header displaying content based on Attributes being set
> Middle frame: Order entry. This frame has too much info to be shown on
> one screen (of course), so it is scrollable
> Bottom frame has one navigation button, but more importantly has a submit
> button. This submit should submit the information from the middle frame.
> Reason being (surprise, surprise) is that the users do not want to go all
> the way to the bottom of the screen to press submit - especially when they
> only needed to change some information at the top.

You can look at: http://www.yourcompanyname.cc where
I have a site in work that uses lots of javascripts (and VBScripts)
solving the kinds of problems you described. Look at the Products
page where data from a database updates a frame below a frame
where selections are made to determine what will be viewed
out of the database. In addition the Tabs menus are all in separate
frames.

One caveat is that you must use IE 4.0+...it's not Netscape
compatible yet. (I do have other examples I can point you to
that are Netscape-compatible.) Of course, that gets into to lots
of fun you will have when you need to operate in our
"tower of babble."
