There are many solutions possible for this.
U can use servlets that can communicate with the applet and also build
the html pages dynamically. If u know how to communicate between the
applets and the servlets, ur problem is done.
U can also use the java server pages for the same.
I can assure u that in both of these cases the result will be better
than using javascript.
As u can serialize the objects and achieve more that u can't achieve
with javascripts.
