That assumes I have control of the webcontent, but agree that would work if I did. Since there is more than one server involved, I'm not sure I could guarantee that (because the servers are in different locations, and different organizations). Is there anything passed from an HTTP Request standpoint that gives information on the "time" of the user? Perhaps a standard include file might help the location/organization dispartity problem, but was looking for a non Javascript solution. I thought adservers do this (showing me an ad for McDonalds at 11:30am), or do they rely on Javascript being passed in? Is there anything in the HTTP Request (I'm not able to locate it).
