I have found that there are few JSP virtual host providers. Here are the providers who
say they support JSP:

I have found after sending an email that some providers do not 'really' support JSP.
There are a few other sites that may support JSP (cannot receive a response, or cannot
receive a clear response on whether JSP is supported):

I, too, have a limited budget and I am selective.
