I think I have seen this...

Try to hit the HelloWorldServlet first.
http://www.synergy-us.com/servlet/HelloWorldServlet That will let you know
whether your WebSphere setup is good.  If you can't hit that then uninstall
WebSphere and reinstall it only after you stop your IIS service.

If you can hit HelloWorldServlet then make sure that your servlet really
lives in the xxx directory.
