I agree.  Let's move on. Since we all know what to expect from this address, we simply 
delete the messages before reading them,
or better yet, filter it out of our mail readers.

At the same time, someone at SUN.COM should spend a little time doing some log 
research to see where this mail is coming from.
I'm certain its an alias probably being bounced off a couple of servers, but sooner or 
later we will get to the original
server.  Again, its probably a buddy letting him use an account, but there is a higher 
level ISP involved in providing that
network access, and most legitimate ISPs don't cotton too much to this kind of 
behaviour.

No threats or anything. Just find out who he/she is, and show his/her ISP these 
postings.  Also, request to have them sent to
his/her parents:  Then, let's see if they continue.
