Sorry to ask an off topic question,
But is there any way we can force IE/Netscape to refresh the page
whenever some server process tells them to do so.
One way is to set refresh on a page using meta tags.
Is there any other way.
I also don't want to prompt the users to refresh.
The refresh should be automatic and driven by (web)server side process.
