Sorry, but WAICoolRunner doesn't work with iPlanet 4.0 due to lack of
WAI support in iPlanet 4.0 (it's no longer bundled and requires you to
purchase the Inprise ORB, making a free servlet container add-on relying
on it kind of a moot point ;-)
I haven't tested, but I believe you can use GNUJSP with the iPlanet 4.0
server to get JSP 1.0 support.
