I can't speak to GNUJSP, but I think the URL you must use for getting to the Jserv
console
is http://127.0.0.1/jserv/  (note the trailing slash is required).  This tripped me
up the first time
I tried it.  Otherwise check the logs both for apache and jserv, usually there's
some telltale
messages in there.  Hope that helps.  -MGP
