There's a Tomcat+Apache howto in the source distribution; it's pretty
straightforward. The only real issue I saw with Tomcat was its speed with
JSP; maybe it was my connection and perception, but it seemed SLOW. It
also uses the JDK compiler, so that's obviously much slower than being
able to specify an alternate like Jikes.
