>From formatting capabilities, can HTML editor can be a substitute for
WinWord. Users are very much used to WinWord editor. Asking them to switch
to a new editor means they cannot edit fast. Another problem is that there
are already many documents which are in RTF/DOC format and converting them
to HTML (retaining the same formatting) would be dificult. Though the
existing documents in can be converted to HTML format using WinWird, the
generated HTMLs are not exactly equivalent to the DOC version.

Hopefully there is some solution whereby we can integrate WinWord like
editor for the requirement.
