I use html helper mode and in my .emacs file I have the following:
(autoload 'html-helper-mode "html-helper-mode" "Yay HTML" t)
(setq auto-mode-alist (cons '("\\.jsp$" . html-helper-mode) auto-mode-alist))
It's not the best,. but it's the closest thing I've found and it will at least
highlight all the html...
