Refresh Pages when clicking on the forward or back buttons

Is there a way to force the browser to reload the whole page when clicking on the forward or back buttons?   We've tried all of the following:                   <META HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="10/01/1999 00:00:00 GMT">                 <META HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">                 <META HTTP-EQUIV="Cache-Control" CONTENT="no-cache">                 <META HTTP-EQUIV="content-type" CONTENT="text/html">   Any suggestions?   Thanks.
